Being a Real Estate Agent is a tough job. Most of them are able to sell 1-2 houses in 1 month & it makes very difficult to overcome the monthly expenses.

Suppose an Agent sells a house for $300k, he/she just get a commission of 2-3%. It may look like a $6k-$9k as a commission but that is not the case.
The commission is paid to them before

–>taxes
–>broker splits
–>marketing
–>office bills
–>all the other cost of doing business

So how to make $20k? Well the maths is pretty simple. Sell 5-7 houses a month.

5-7 houses * 6k-9k= 30k-63k

So even if there $10k deduction, you are still left with 20k-50k.

In order to sell 5-7 houses a month, it’s pretty easy. Just open your Facebook Business Manager. Run a lead campaign for $10-30 per day. You can easily generate around 500-700 leads in a month. Suppose you close even at 1% rate, you will get 5-7 sales.

So there you have your $20k a month.

There are many pupils who are just trying to make it and have a good or positive credit history is often a difficult point to have.
